First time visit to Puerto Santiago, north Tenerife.

I am visiting Puerto Santiago for on 28th of this month for one week. Could anyone let me know expected temperature also could anyone recommend any excursions.

I have read reviews on the hotel can these be trusted?

The Masca Walk, if you're feeling energetic is a must. You can get a taxi to Masca ( I think around 12 euro but I'm open to correction) village ( which is lovely) and then walk the ravine where you can get a boat back from the beach to Los Gigantes. Below is the address for the company that runs the boats.

The hotel is Tamaimo Tropical think i have resigned myself to not a great hotel but it wont spoil my holiday im determined on that. Thanks everyone for the replies

Someone I know stayed there a few years ago, not very good but may have improved since. just round the corner is a bar called Route 66 and have a brilliant band on in the evenings called old dogs new tricks well worth an evening there.
