there is a motorbike shop here in guaza that sell new and used bikes. you can´t miss it right next door to the rest. guarumbo and groupo adv shop

As Andy says www.segundomano.es is a good place to start for anything you want second hand. I bought my GasGas EC 250 via there and a few other bits and pieces too. What bike are you looking for? just in case a forum member knows anyone selling one.

Try Jayke (not sure about spelling) which is in Las Chafiras over the roundabout from Mercadona on the right hand side heading North - they seem pretty good, got the front tyre for my Harley there and were very efficient. They have a few bikes in there second-hand ranging from Honda SLR650 (used to have one) to some Harley Sportsters at the moment.
