Why does 'edit post' not work?

Whenever I try to edit a post all I get is a blank area with nothing on it except the title of my post/thread? Why is this?

There is a thread somewhere that gives information about this, its a forum problem with some browsers.

Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome or whichever. The new forum is having some compatibilty problems with IE.

I use Firefox and have never had a problem and I know a lot use Chrome and swear by it.

I was a Firefox man until i had chat problems with Facebook, switched to Chrome, never looked back, and i can edit my posts on here! :)

Amazing! This morning I can post. About half the time I can't actually post, let alone edit!

it happen to me all the time with internet exployer, chrome, firefox. very rare it works but 80 percent nothing but a white blank screen
