Police man drowned

Serious flooding on the east coast of Ireland particularly Leinster and Dublin............rivers Liffey, Tolka, Dodder all burst their banks
and many areas flodded
Policeman swept away in the general Blessington area of Co. Wicklow and is still missing. Dublin City Council puts emergency plan into operation

The body of the drowned police man was recovered and also in Parnell Rd in Dublin, a nurse who works in the local
hospice found drowned in her basement apartment. This Lady was from the Philipeens.
