Some of u may know that I send dogs to the UK for their owners, I do it as cheap as I can, they can pay in installments, I do everything at cost and my service is free. I do flight shares also saving the owners around 300 pounds each.

I have got a problem thought. One of my owners was going to go on a five way flight share, for his dog, flying out on the 24th January to Manchester.

The problem we have found out is the breed is banned in the UK.

This owner has had Roxy now for 9 years, and had her from a little puppy.

He is abs devastated, and was prepared to spend 1100 euros on the flight back for her.
He goes back on the 20th November, is there anyone on this forum who can advise what
he should do next. How he will find a home for his "beloved Roxy".

If anyone could advise or help, pls p/m me urgently ........

EMAIL RECEIVED OFF THE AIRLINE TODAY .....

Dear Luke and Shirley,

I’m sorry to tell you but you do have a problem. They will not let Luke’s dog into the UK, I imagine it would be seized upon arrival at the Animal Reception Centre. There is no guarantee it would get as far as court and Luke would certainly receive a criminal record, so it’s a no go.

Please see their reply and attached is a leaflet for your information.

Kind regards

Gill

What a terrible shame! not all these dogs that are deemed dangerous really are!:( take a look....

Watch the sequel too! I´ve not posted this to make a joke of a serious situation...just to prove a point.
