I need 2 sets of plans drawn up for clients to present to an Ayuntamiento - of course I can get a architect to do it but in this instance as long as the plans are accurate, to scale and professionally drawn up, they DO NOT have to be done by a member of the college.
The properties concerned are in Puerto Santiago and involve 5 sets of floor plans and 2 elevations.
Obviously I looking to save the clients some dosh, so if anyone is interested in quoting would they PM please ASAP
