Hello All,

I am planning a trip to silencio in late January and its been a year since i was last out there. Can anyone recommend the best night spots in the area because i guess they have changed again.

Last time we were out took a few nights to find somewhere good and dont want to waste time finding places again.

Thanx

Albatros, euro bar and the best place was the beach bar.

However every time i go out they seem to have new owners and things are never as good so was hopeing to get a baeeter idea from people who go out alot there

Make sure when you do go out that your WELL locked up and all passports and important stuff is in the safe there has been alot of break ins recently, I was out at one last night, till 9pm then again all day today and back again for a days shift replacing all locking barrels etc on Monday.........Just a word of warning, enjoy your holls, sorry I cant help with your question but I dont live in that area and dont socialise there either!

Go down to Las Galletas, nice bars on the front and along the marina. You can walk there or taxi/bus depending on whereabouts in Silencio you are.

Albatros is still the same, but I don't frequent Euro and Beach bars, but they're still there and the same. Coral Bar is very popular and is Strikers, and the best places to eat in that area are La Taberna, El Patio and the Chameleon and for English menu its Stellas, Coral Bar and Neils Bistro (plus what used to be Coopers Rest)

Other places to consider are Flicks bar, has entertainment 5 nights week with quizzes karaoke, bingo and singers. ( they will bring you home at the end of the evening as well) and for a meal the harvester grill-house in Coral Mar, Dragons Denn in Alondras park for a Sunday roast. Lucky Leprechaun is good on a Sunday afternoon for free Irish stew and a jam/karaoke session. Hope you have a great time in Silencio
