Has anyone had any dealings with Melisofi Consulting in Tenerife?

Hi, We are looking at booking a villa, which is advertised on Holiday Lettings, through Melisofi Consulting. Just wondered if anyone had heard anything about them....good/bad. Any info would be gratefully received...just want to make sure they are a real company. They have a premises in Costa Adeje.

But on the other hand they don´t appear to have any horror stories on google. :)
