A question about paypal.es

My friend has a paypal account (paypal.es) after google has translated the pages it does say you can have someone pay money into your account, but after 2 hours on the site we cannot work out how you go about it or what details you give to the other person for them to pay you.

Thanks Ed3229 link was really helpful and have gone back on the spanish paypal and worked it out.
