Planefinder now covers the Canary Islands including Tenerife above about 8,000 feet.

Up until now, only Flight Radar 24 provided this coverage. Planefinder allows other features such as reviewing flight path after a journey.

The example picturtes show the iTunes iPhone/Touch app display. Planefinder for Android is also available, as is www.planefinder.net on the PC.

Actually the receive station seems to be located on Fuerteventura so the coverage is not yet as good as Flightradar24 .

A cheap scanner would allow you to hear them too. The London control frequencies are re broadcast from the Isle of Wight meaning you can hear half the south coast to France often.
