I have seen that airline tickets prices change frequently. Any ideas/tips when should I buy airline ticket to save money?

If you are flying on a Scheduled Airline, easyjet, Ryanair, etc. Purchase as soon as the flight schedules are announced.
Charter flights, leave till nearer the time you want to fly, otherwise you won't get what you think you've booked, as they make up flight timings etc, and are likely to consolidate flights if not selling well.
