Friends of mine are looking to rent their two bedroom two bathroom house in Callao Salvaje, its in a quiet residential complex at the top of the village.
It comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite in the master bedroom the other bathroom directly opposite the bedroom.
Very large lounge with seperate kitchen and dining area, small garden downstairs with huge roof terrace with ocean views to die for looking over the village and out to La Gomera.
Small storeroom and secure garaged parking space included with the property.
The house is currently unfurnished although my friends are purchasing furniture at the moment so it will be kind of furnished although furniture will be minimal.
Ideal for people with their own furniture or someone wanting to make their own mark on the place.
Rent is only 700€ a month plus bills with one months rent and one months deposit required up front.
