We get our British TV beamed from La Gomera to an aerial/digibox supplied by CSTI in Guaza. At the moment all is OK except BBC1 where we get a good picture but no sound.

Anyone else experiencing problems?

We did experience that with BBC2 and Ch4 a little while back with the Gomera signal. If you are nearer to Guaza Mountain you might want to consider changing to Miller Rental? Our TV signal and reception has improved 100%.

Guaza is the better option as the Gomera signal has always been inferior. Plus you don't have to deal with miserable German bitch in the office in Guaza every year.

Just to let you know this is now the end of the second week that we have been receiving the signal from Guaza through Millerīs and we have not lost the signal once or experienced any interferance. The big test will be when it rains or when there is very low cloud over the mountain.

But as my profile says we are " on the west coast of Tenerife" so the Guaza hill is hardly an option.

No worries it is now 18.10 and it's back on and working properly.

Ours comes from La Gomera. No bother this trip.
We are now selling our aerial and box. 275 euro...............costs over 600 euro so grab a bargain, get a tv man to install aerial and you're up and running. Well, the box needs up dating now 1st Dec, 90 euro at Costa Silencio.
Please tell your friends or anyone you know to pm me. Thanks Sunsure
