Lidl have sewing machines for sale from 15th December for 74 euros.
They usually have only a limited number.

Thanks Leam Lin! do you know what make they are? Lidl were selling Singer Sewing machines for around 100€ not too long ago and they can be serviced or repaired here but I keep missing them!

What are the prices in the Canarian branches of Lidl like? I must say that during my week-long stay in Tenerife signs advertising new Lidl branches were ubiquitous but I only clocked an actual shop once during the entire week!

Just had a look on the Lidl website, couldn't see a make, but good description of what the machine will do.

I donīt know why but I canīt get anywhere on that website!:( but it looked as though the offer was today...?:dontknow:

Although I am in England I am on the Lidl mailing list, it definately states 15th December.

Two things. Don,t look like a singer. Mrs.T. got one last year so know what they look like. Also clearly shows were being sold TO-DAY!

I received the email this morning & it states from 15th December, amongst other things is a coffeee machine & table & chairs, puzzled:doh:

Right lets get this sorted once and for all. This is from an email which I received yesterday, from Lidl!

which clearly shows the sewing machine (far left) and the date of sale, 07/12/2011.
Is this sufficient for everyone?

Yes, It does state 7th December & the table/chairs 9th December, my email says 15th December, definately confused now.

Just been to Lidl and I picked up the leaflet in the shop and it is showing a Silvercrest sewing machine on offer from 15th December at 74 Euros

I donīt think youīre doolally LL! but Timmylish is right on the Website it shows the offer as "Hoy" yesterday. At least people know not to rush there until next week now! :D

now i'm thinking of going and getting one, LOL only problem is I haven't used a sewing machine for nearly 30 years eeeeeek :wow:

ps. no-one is going doolally, I think it's because you need to click on the Island you're on to see what in what particular store :D

It must be me I hate the site! every time I add a postcode it just takes me back to the same page!!! ARGHH! anyway chifleta you say you havenīt used a sewing machine for years I too had not used one for years but when I borrowed a neighbourīs new one it was all much the same so donīt worry too much about it youīll soon get used to it! :wink2: Go get it quick!!!
