Another quick idiot question (name of monument tower in Santa Cruz?)

Is any kind soul here able to provide me with the name (in Spanish please) of this tower monument in the Plaza de España in Santa Cruz de Tenerife? And is this the same tower that is now closed due to attacks on it by Canarian nationalists?

I knew it was something like Los Caidos but was a bit confused by the pictures on Google Images not looking anything like the monument itself. Thanks.
