Roy Skelton, voice of Rainbow's Zippy and George, dies.

Roy Skelton, the voice of Rainbow characters Zippy and George, as well as one of the original voices of the Daleks from Doctor Who, has died aged 79.

He passed away at his Brighton home after suffering a stroke.

The actor joined Rainbow in the early 1970s and remained with the show until it ended in 1992
