Could anyone help or have any idea of a similar problem ?.
I receive emails fine with Talktalk webmail'
When attempting to forward an email with photos or illustrations only the written words show and really uniformly.
I have spoken to TalkTalk in India and the Guy says they have a problem and will get their technical guys to sort it out.
They say others are experiencing the same problem, but it is not always easy to understand quite what they are saying.
I would appreciate any comments, thank you

Make sure you forward the mails in rich text format and not just as plain text.
When using AOL Webmail go to "Settings" (the link in the upper right corner, next to "Help", then click on "Compose" and check the option "Use Richt Text / HTML Editing".

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction, I do very much appreciate your help,
There was no wonder that TalkTalk was voted the worst for customer service for the second year running, I spent One hour thirty minutes with their highly skilled tech department this morning and not one of the dedicated gentlemen from Mumbai suggested the answer to my problem that you have done, they told me it was a fault with the system and that technicians were working on it. With your help it is working as it should be.
Regards,
Dave.
