Can anyone tell me the Miller TV rental menu code?

Hi.
Does anyone know the remote control code for a Miller tv box? When I press menu I get a locked symbol, I have tried all the usual 1111, 0000, 9999 etc but no joy. So if anyone has the code please IM it to me.
