Does anyone know if the banks are open on Monday?

I can't find an answer to this online. According to my calendar, it is not a bank holiday here. Thank you if anyone knows.

Banks will be shut. Lots of shops will be open

Although Boxing Day is not recognized as a public holiday in Spain, as it is in the UK, this year Christmas and New Year fall on a weekend, so the days after are counted as holidays.
