This evening Carol and I are out at our local bar, where among friends and family we will be thinking of times spent over the last twelve months of friends new and old and celebrating the birth of a new year, so tonight at midnight I would like you all

Happy New Year to everyone! Thought the London fireworks were fantastic and beat Sydney. We sang Auld lang Syne with our Village friends and thought of you all in Tenerife. Expect the atmosphere by the harbour in Los Cris was brilliant too. Missed it lots but we had a wonderful party here. Happy Holidays in 2012 everyone. We have the Diamond Jubilee and The Olympics to give the year a special zest!xx
