sunday, we have agreed to go for a brecky with the 7 of the family that can't come, then off to east mids airport for the 1.15pm take off, landing about 6.00pm, get to the apartment for about 7.00pm,while the girls unpack me and the brother in-law will be off on a mission to buy cold beers, ice cubes,diet lemonade and mirrors strawberry liqueur, then relax on the balcony catching the last of the sunshine while pondering the pizza may menu:sunbathe:

No, that's the furthest out from PDLA we have stayed before. We thought it would be nice to have a walk into Fanabe at night to try the restaurants there. We went to Sebastians nearby a few years ago but OH didn't like it. I thought it was very nice though. Any eateries recommended folks?

Casa Tres & Sinatras in the Sunsetbay Square, Sebastions is excellent worth a try if you have not been for a while, Sun Inn for pub grub, Marios, Carlos, Martini's are all in our opinion very good. Do you know which block your apartment is in ? there are some you want avoid especially block D which is sited above the bars some also require you to climb MANY steps. It actually tops Carlos now on Trip Advisor - we thought it decent meal ( Italian with some twists) but In my honest opinion
does not top Carlos and similarly priced without the ambiance

We've always been lucky with our flights from Manchester or Liverpool. We tend to pay £100 return each. Usually though we didn't have fixed days.

73 days until we'll be back in Playa San Juan for 9 nights. Was originally toying with the idea of going back to Crete instead but problems with getting the rooms we wanted, the flight times and the fact everything Greek is going down the pan, we decided this was the better option.:jumping:

Just booked our return home with easyjet in March. I filled in all the online forms also the card details and clicked on it, and up came an increase of £30 if I wanted to carry on. I thought that was a bit sly. Their reason was that the price had increased because of high demand? There was only two other seats booked on that flight so that was a load of nonsense. Anyways I went back and rebooked a week earlier and saved about £60. So beware!

Ryanair really doing themselves no favours with changing folks flight times to later in the day. I have heard of poor souls who booked hotels with parking as it they had early morning flights .
