Best place to live in Tenerife with 2 dogs

Hi all.

We are thinking to move from Lanzarote to Tenerife.

Right now we live in 2 floors house with a pool and garden.

We don't need a pool, but what we need it to keep our door open for dogs and find out where we can walk with them with minimum people.

Here in Lanzarote we walk with them around Papagayo beach where you don't meet people often so they can run without anywhere they want.


Where we can find something like that in Tenerife? Where we should start looking for a house?

We don't mind to pay around 1000 euro / month and have bigger garden for them.

Dogs are size of Jack Russells :)

There are a few estate agentss and lots of dog owner on here that could help you. Im sure they will be along with some advice.

Papagayo beach is at the south side of the island? I made it there a few years back down that long dusty road in a rentacar with no fuel gauge :D

There are plenty of isolated beaches and places to walk dogs along the south between Palm mar and El Medano .

We would not mind to be somewhere around more green area. We are a bit sick of rocks and non-green areas :)

d:)epends if you want a tourist area or not, if not buena vista in the north of tenerife is beautiful, and lots of space to walk, but you would maybe need a car, just a few miles away is punto de teno, amazing. and an open stretch or countryside for you all to enjpoy
