Our experience of this guy was not good - several years ago he tried to railroad a project of turning the small park at Club Atlantis into a multistorey underground car park , destroying the only park in area ,
This was despite the fact there were numerous half-empty car parks in the area - a vociferous and well publicised campaign raised the issue including the fact he had removed several Palm trees illegally to re-plant in Adeje town for the upcoming elections( the trees subsequently died ) .
With the help of some local politicians and adjacent complexes , including the Green Party we proved the idiocy of the project and a tenuous link to Mayor Fraga´s son who was involved in a car hire firm looking for parking places !
No great loss - he was bypassed after recent elections by Fraga .
The park still flourishes to this day !
