It'll do the trick if you're not needing multi angle and levels and would be quite possibly cheap than any rental.

Size doesn't matter, it's just your question is a bit vague

I can record the whole AGM meeting on DVD (one angle shot) complete with boundry microphones etc, and supply as many copies of the dvd as you require. To do this correctly is not a cheap process, but it does give a 100% documen tation of the meeting for everyone attending and also owners who cannot attend. However, to do this, everyone at the meeting must be informed and in agreement that the recording can take place. I think this is were you will find that (as we have in the past) that objections are put forward (privacy laws) from Community Presidents and the people that wish to keep them in power.
