Which estate agents would you recommend in south Tenerife??

I want to get a valuation on my house, but dont know who to contact.
Who would you recommend?

Better to ask a few agents in the area you are based ... and do a search on Google to see prices being asked, remembering they will be out of date and overly optimistic :)

EDIT - and I should add, if the agent asks "how much do you want back", then move on ... one problem I find here is so many agents who do not seem to have the skill to independently value properties
