1 bedroom apartment wanted for long let in south Tenerife

I am looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Los Cristianos or Las Americas region that is available for immediate rental. I preferably want somewhere within easy walking distance of the beach front (say 10 minutes), terrace and pool - for €500 a month. I would pay three months upfront but would be looking to stay longer (job depending). I would be very grateful for any advice!
