Where can I get spare parts for an Otsein washing machine in Tenerife?

Los Cristianos, across from he bus station there is a shop, don't know what its called, it sells washing machine parts there

REELCA, Valdes Centre, Opposite the bus stops, Los Cristianos. They speak English

Trebhostel, behind Chafiras, Las Chafiras. They don't speak English.

In both cases, it is best to take the old part with you, plus the make, model number and serial number of the machine, in case they do not have the part in stock and are willing to order it for you.

100% still there I was in there this week take all details as found on label normally on the back if its not
a common part they will have to order it.

Sadly, Reelca closed the shop in Los Cristianos this week. Thanks to Jose, Eddy & Manu for years of great service here in the South and good luck for the future in the Main outlet in Santa Cruz.
Other outlets for spares in the area are RepuestoSur, Calle Monaco, around the corner from Ofipapel before the walkway to the Post Office in Los Cristianos.Yasmina & Carla are very knowledgable and helpful. Carla is fluent in English by birth.
Also a relatively recent discovery is in what used to be Esthers Papeleria in Edificio Canary Sol, Calle Roque de Jama at the back of the Post Office in Los Cristianos.

The shop REELCA has now reopened and although the sign has not been changed yet, it is under new ownership. Now run by Pecan from Santa Cruz.
