How much do people generally pay for Cleaning Services in Tenerife?

Hi Guys,

Was wondering how much people genally pay for End of Tenancy Cleans or End of Holiday Cleans and what services is given i.e. is this just a genral clean or does this include all mattresses and sofas etc

In my short experience I would say around 40-60€ depending.

It depends I have seen word of mouth, charging 45-50€ and companys from 40€ too, so not a big diferent between agency or not. Just think they need 2-3 hours to clean it, and I thinkf is a normal price for this working time.

€40/€50 it's the right price for 1 bed apartment for 2 people staying. We did see few company but they were all over that amount so we ended up doing it privately.
Company do give you more options (for a higher fee....!!!!!) on what they can supply (like towels, beach towels, welcome pack and so on....)
Usually if you live in a medium large community there is always someone that need a bit of extra cash. Just ask around and see what the other owner say.
