Just about par for the course at Carnaval time!
Looking up at the HILL I don,t see much evidence of it however. Sadly we do need a real deluge on all of the Islands before the onset of Spring.

Yes we were told there's a yellow alert for rain today up until 9 am tomorrow.

It's been a beautiful sunny morning here in Puerto de la Cruz, but now it's overcast and perhaps we really will get some rain after all.

Just to be sure, we watered the garden again this morning.

I've never heard of wool-lined wellies! Fake-fur-lined yes - and I could do with a pair of those today - very wet outside. OH thrilled as the garden was parched but it's very cold as well.
