Are there any Spinning classes in Adeje, Tenerife?

Hi Can anyine tell me if there are any good spinning classes in Adeje at all?

The Gym in El Galeon forgot the name though.

Its called Fitness Evolution. They have them at 6.15 to 7pm Mon-Fri, and Saturdays 12.15-12pm.. 8 Eur a session or 45e a month for the machines and classes too.

Its a really busy class so get there early to get a good spot by the door, otherwise its sweaty sticky city.

It is good there although as mentioned in the summer it is very hot.

Thanks for your help all, thats just what i wanted. Im in Adeje in July so im sure it will be boiling, but im a bit stupid like that lol!! I love my spin class!!!

Havent been there in July tho its hot enough already! lol all helps with the weight loss I suppose. :)

Try similar on a cross trainer 2mins warm up, then knock out 100 calories in under 5mins (or as quick as you can) then repeat.

Great Gym in Las Chafiras, English owned and run, has spinning and lots of other classes too. They do weekly memberships for holiday makers and even session memberships which are 5 Euros. Check them out on facebook (Xtreme Fitness Tenerife)
