Does anyone know if the Parque Santiago rooms have air conditioning? I would imagine they would have but just want to be certain?

Also do they have safes?

Some will some won't have air conditioning as many are privately owned. Most if not all will have safe's though. Check with the owner before you book.

Is this for a holiday let? Just so you are aware it does not have a touristic licence and is a residential comoplex . This may not bother you and thats fine if so have a good holiday if you book there!

There are 5 PS Complexes, and i believe 3/4/5 are still legal and are in the main holiday operators brochures eg First choice jet2.com.

Parque Santiago 1 = Residential Complex

Parque Santiago 2 = Residential Complex

Parque Santiago 3 = Touristic Complex

Parque Santiago 4 = Touristic Complex

Parque Santiago 5 = Touristic Complex
