I have for sale 2 identical penthouse duplex apartments on terrazas del conde..torviscas alto...large flats with 2 bedrooms with lots of fitted wardrobe space...2 large bathrooms and 2 large terraces with great views over la gomera...community fees have been paid on both properties until 1st january 2013..they have both been reduced to 180 thousand euros...will be prepared to take a reasonable offer for any of the flats plus a 5 per cent reduction which is what i would have to give an agent if they sell the flats for me....if you would like more info or view the flats please PM me ....richard
