I tried booking online, a return flight to the Uk for two friends, with Easy Jet, they were catching another flight in the Uk, and Easy Jet had the best times available, otherwise I would have booked with someone else.
Four different credit/debit cards were rejected online, you can imagine the rigmarole of these attempts, as various permutations were tried, and all failed, I/we have made countless online bookings, sometimes there is a problem but normally we get there, not this time.
So I Googled Easy Jet booking problems, and not surprisingly found a lot of other people having the same difficulty.
So we went to the airport to actually visit the Easy Jet 'office', their attempts to book online for us also failed, and they tried many times, so we returned later with good old fashioned cash, and the booking was successful. So Easy Jet is easier with Cash, otherwise it's Very Difficult Jet.
