Guys (and Gals) - I would welcome your advice on the practicality of renting my house in Los Abrigos. It primarily our holiday home but it would be useful to have about 12 weeks letting a year to help with the bills.

I was thinking between cyclists, divers and friends of friends I could do it and stay under the radar but I should also consider a 3 month let would do the trick with less work, or better still 2 x 6 weeks lets for example.

Info. below but obviously this isn't the normal holiday let - no pool - no complex - quiet location - not very touristy apart from the harbour front. It will appeal to some because of that but how to find these people? All comments very welcome.

4 beds
Floor 1 (ground floor) - 1 ensuite double bedroom , utility room with washing machine and freezer
Floor 2 - Bathroom, single bedroom, double bedroom
Floor 3 - Open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner partial sea views
Floor 4 - Roof double bedroom with loo and vanity wash basin, terrace with sea views.

Each floor is approx. 30 sq.mtrs, to give you some idea of size. It has all the usual stuff - hair dryer, iron, tv, wifi with laptop and phone with UK calls by arrangement etc. Garage if required.

Google map link below. It's being renovated including plans to update the front of the building etc. but it will always be a typical Canarian townhouse of it's age so not suitable for some-one looking for a typical holiday eg PDLA or Golf del Sur.
