why were the police at the beach in pdla near the monkey bar today

I was there today and the police told us that divers found a bomb in the sea. It was found yesterday and the police we at the beach all night. Today the press were there and also an ambulance. At 1pm today the police give notice to all bar and shop owners to evacuate the buildings by 3pm for one hour. I left at 14.30 and do not know what happened after that.

the bomb has been detonated by the explosion brigade without any problems.
