As a diabetic i am on a Low Carb Diet annd visiting Playa de las Americas next week.
Does anyone know where is it possible to buy LowCarb bread near Playa de las Americas?

Don't think you will on the island, I have done the Atkins and just did without, I know it's hard

Do you ever bake your own low carb bread? I did the Dukan Diet for a while and I still make the bread and I put a couple of loaves in my suitcase last year - was that wrong? I wonder if it would have been confiscated if my case was searched?
