Modelo 130/131 : When and how do you do it?

I believe it's time to do the quarterly tax return... the Modelo 130 or 131... not sure which.

I'm sorting out my Firma Digital in order to do it, and I have been told it's not a complicated affair, however as it's my first one (On my past autonomo contracts I was exempt from doing it) I could do with a few questions answering :

1) What date do you have to do it? What are the rules?
2) Does anyone know which program I need to download to do it?
3) What's the process?

Not sure of the how bit as I've always used a Gestor, but as to the when, the final date is the 20th.

I would try going down the tax office and asking I have always found them very helpful
The gestor does ours but you may need to pay tax on rent too which is sepèrate
