I don't understand what you mean as you have posted this.

Could you explain the problem you are having more clearly?

I don't know how to post a new item, I can't see any button to activate it. I tried posting a new "message" but then I am asked for recipients usernames. I am new to this forum and I want to post to "all".

From here click Tenerife Forum, top left, in blue.
then click on a category that you think fits what you want to post.
click post new thread
then give it a prefix and a title and type away
then click submit new thread and bingo all members will see it.
