This was mentioned a while ago but I thought I would bring it to everyones attention again.
If you go on Endesas website and in the search box type bono social there is a list of qualifing cicumstances that give you a discount, disabled, unemployed and pensioners.
I printed off the form and with copies of my last bill, residencia, empadronamiento and disability papers sent them to Endesa, the following month I started to get discounts on my bills.
If you qualify it is definatly worth taking the small amount of time to get copies of everything and send them off.
