Felt I had to warn others do not be fooled by someone named here as bellamaria into renting accomodation. I made this mistake in November 2011 shes still in my flat no rent later and lots of complaints from noise and dog mess thrown onto balcony below! Now overdrawn and shes still their squatting! Always get references I made the mistake not too as she said was desperate and needed accomodation immediately.
