Capital gains tax and inheritance tax
Can anyone tell me anything about capital gains tax I know it is 21% now and I think you have an allowance of 16000€ do you know if that is for each person that owns the apt.or just one 16000€is there anything else anyone can tell me. Also.what can you tell me about inheritance tax when husband or wife dies.
