White horses on the road near El Medano

Unusual sight last week on the road back from El Medano to LA by red rock. White horses wandering on the road anyone else see it?

There is a riding school on the other side of the road to the Red Rock and you sometimes see the horses and riders going among the rocky landscape there. Nice picture. Maybe the horses escaped from the riding school?

Yes they are from the riding place. Its near my house. Theyre lovely arent they.

Sounds a bit reckless to me, if they were wandering alone on the road then they could get seriously injured or cause a nasty accident injuring people, if that´s the case then i think someone needs to have a word with the owners of the riding place near your house.

I have seen horses on the land to the side of that road but assumed they were tethered??

I've only ever seen them on the land to the side of the road. Oh, and once on the beach itself, being ridden.

yes nice sight but agree could have been dangerous.
