Hello,

I want to rent a house

requirements:
- 3 bedrooms
- living room
- AC (if necessary, depending on climate)
- not in the city, i am looking for a quite place
- not far from public transportation, or ways to move along
- preferably but not a must to be close to the ocean
- it shout have furniture in it
- a garage would be a big plus

Budget: no more than 700euro
Rental period: more than 6 months
