We eat there a lot and have always really enjoyed the food, its one of my favourite restaurants.
The decor was a bit plain and old fashioned but that has now been modernised so it is a much better place to relax in.
Food is sort of modern British I suppose, very well cooked and presented and different from the usual menus- not expensive either.
When I gave a review about Casa Tres previously, another forum member (Bentenerife?) said he had actually worked in the kitchens and seen for himself how clean the place is, also he said absolutely everything is freshly made by the owner/chef so that was very reassuring.
Menu is varied but not huge and the meal deals are superb. Can't imagine anyone being disappointed. Think you would probably have to book in advance.

We have eaten here on many occasions & have always had a beautiful meal. On a recent visit we were joined by friends and we had actually decided to take taxis ad make a real night out of it (we don't stay in the area). The food as always was super & we were extended a warm welcome as always from Mags & Maura. Unfortunately though the same could not be said for Mark. At about 10.30 he started making "funny" comments about closing up & asking had we no homes to go to. It may have been his "sense of humour" but to be honest we wont be returning. We had all had 3 courses (most of which included steaks(, beers, a couple of bottles of wine so needless to say the bill wasn't cheap. We didn't consider it to be late considering we had booked a table for 8.30. He was in a hurry to get out for a pint somewhere.

So disappointed as it was always one of the best restaurants we visited during our trips. Sorry to seem so negative but when you spend so much money you would expect better service.

Has Mark Murray left Casa Tres?
Went a few times and liked his food. A friend told me he'd sold it.
Is it still open? :)

Disappointed if "the chef" has indeed gone......our favourite Tenerife restaurant !!
Hopefully the high standard can be maintained.

Mark has indeed 'moved on ' but Casa Tres is still open for business, ably managed by Mags and good staff, Danni (female chef ,been there many years ) plus another male chef still presenting excellent meals. We have eaten there about 8 times in last month and always very high standard
Mags is coping great after recent domestic changes
We ate there again last night ,music in square still on Wednesdays and Saturdays providing nice background to meal experience

Can someone tell me how to find this place? Tried to find it last time we went to Tenerife, but couldn't see it. I take it we were in the right vicinity by Wellers and the Wigan Arms area near the Orlando Apartments?

Another fantastic night in this Casa Tres last Saturday. A party of 8 of us arrived and the service was superb. I had the Beef medallions with pepper sauce which was best I ever had. All in our group were very impressed. Well done to Mags, Danni, Billy and all the other staff for the very high standards maintained. We will be back
