How do I change my address on my Certificado de Residencia?

I have my Residencia on an A4 sheet of paper.
I now need to change my address and have heard that it is now done on credit card size card.
Does anyone know if this is right, and if so what do I need to take to the Police station.

The residencia, together with a passport proves identity and NIE, not address. You can of course change the address on your residencia if you want to.

In order to prove your address you will need a "Certificado de Empadronamiento".
