What documents do I need to buy something at Plan renove?

Hi I wish to buy a new fridge freezer and have seen discounts on plan renove.
Does anyone know what documents I will need to take to the shop withme?
as I understand it it is a government scheme that allows discount if new appliance is more energy friendly?? As my old fridge freezer is 10 years old I hope this will be the case
