Doesn't say who it actually belongs to but here is some info taken off Tenerife Magazine FB page...

Getting wolf whistles from the ferries, this 60 metre superyacht is moored up in Los Cristianos. Vive La Vie was built to order for a family by Lurssen at their Bremen (Germany) shipyard in 2008 and is registered to the Cayman Islands - hence the flag which looks a little like a British ensign. It sleeps 12 crew and 12 guests in incredible luxury, max speed 18 nautical miles an hour.

Loved the outside, but not struck on the inside too clinical for me as well, didn't like the beds either.

The registered owner appears to be Lurssen Logistics, the yacht brokers who commissioned it. The real owner is rumoured to be the Sultan of Oman, although the finance minister of Kuwait and a mystery European businessman have also been mentioned.
