I worked in IT User Support at a local council for 5 years and we were switched from Dell PC's and Toshiba or Dell laptops to HP for everything by an outsourcing contract.

Our failure rate went up from 1 or 2 a year to 2 or 3 a month.

On that basis, I would never recommend anybody to buy an HP machine
