Can you remember the name of the Youtube clip about the paperwork in Tenerife?

In conversation this afternoon we were talking about the problems we
come across when trying to get various application forms filled in and all the necesssary paperwork together and also the frustration at the number of times we have had to go back and forth. This reminded me of a Youtube
clip which was posted on the Forum some months back. Does any Forum

The clip in question was a short film winner in Spain and is entitled '036 - El Funcionario'.
