Can you send a Burofax in English?

Is a burofax sent in English, the same value as Spanish for getting a reply from an English speaking president or for court?

To be valid and legal and for use in court a burofaz has to be in Spanish, however you can send it in English as well if you want but it is only the Spanish version that is legally binding
